Vettingly provides AI-powered contract analysis tools. We extract text from your uploaded documents and use large language models to identify potential risks and suggest improvements.

3. No Legal Advice

The Service is intended to assist users in understanding contract terms but is not a substitute for professional legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created through your use of Vettingly. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified attorney for any legal matters.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the contracts and documents you upload to Vettingly. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the analysis to you. We do not use your private contracts to train our models unless explicitly opted-in.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Vettingly offers various subscription tiers and pay-as-you-go credits. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vettingly shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on any analysis provided. You use the Service at your own risk.
